Cranley Makes Lancer History

The Loyalist Lancers golf team put forth a strong effort at the Cardinal Lake Golf Club in Welland, ON, with Spencer Cranley delivering a standout performance. On an incredibly challenging course, where fast greens led to numerous 3- and 4-putts across the field, Cranley remained composed, finishing with a birdie on the 17th and a clutch par save on the final hole to card an impressive 1-over-par 73. The score landed Cranley in 4th place of 49 golfers.

This marks the best score and placement by a Lancer golfer in program history, setting a new benchmark for the team as they continue their season.

The team has a quick turn around before the their next tournament on Monday, September 23rd at Heritage Hills Golf Club in Barrie, ON.
