Lancers Open Home Schedule with Back-to-Back Sweeps

The Loyalist Lancers men's volleyball team made an impressive start to their home schedule, earning back-to-back straight-set victories over St. Lawrence Surge and Centennial Colts in OCAA action.

On Wednesday night, the Lancers set the tone with a strong all-around performance against the visiting Surge. Loyalist controlled the match from start to finish, using sharp serving and solid defense to secure a 3–0 win in their home opener.

First-year Lancer Jacob Diefenbach made an immediate impact, tallying 11 points in each match across the week. His consistent offensive production in right side, along with steady play from the entire lineup, helped the Lancers maintain momentum heading into Saturday's contest.

Facing Centennial on Saturday, the Lancers showed no signs of slowing down. Confident play at the net and balanced scoring once again carried the team to another 3–0 sweep, capping off a dominant week at home.

With a 2–1 record and strong chemistry developing early in the season, the Lancers are proving to be a team to watch in OCAA men's volleyball.
