Bio
Hannah Bender joins the Lancers women’s rugby staff for her first season as an assistant coach. A former Loyalist 7s captain, Bender led the team for four years while earning multiple Leadership Awards and an MVP honor. She continues to play with the Belleville Bulldogs women’s team, gaining experience in both the forwards and backs.
Her coaching background includes leading the RND girls’ rugby team in Kingston and assisting with both high school and club programs, including the U18 Girls Belleville Bulldogs. Hannah is passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment where athletes are excited to grow their skills and become the best versions of themselves.
