Eric Lammers brings more than 25 years of coaching experience to the Lancers, joining the women’s volleyball staff with a long-standing passion for athlete development and team culture. Lammers pairs a love for the game with decades of guiding athletes at both the high school and club levels.
Lammers’ coaching philosophy is centered on building teams that trust deeply, compete relentlessly, and support one another’s growth. He strives to create an environment where players can flourish, developing not only their athletic abilities, but the personal qualities that carry far beyond sport. Whether it’s refining a skill or navigating a challenge, he encourages athletes to lean on their strengths, contribute their unique gifts, and commit fully to the team.
With his extensive background and player-first approach, Lammers is a welcome addition to the Lancers program, bringing steady leadership and a commitment to helping each athlete reach their full potential.
